This is the framing plan for my Jekyll Island House. we have decks and stairs on the front and back of the house. the decks have a 2x6 lumber size and the joists supporting the house are 3 1/2 x 11 7/8

This is the foundation of my Jekyll Island house. it has a continous footing with posts for the deck and stairs on both sides.

The top immage is an immage of my floor plan for the Jackyll Island house. The top left room shows the kitchen. The room right below it shows the dining and Family rooms. Then to the left, we have our bathroom, utilites closet, and the foyer below. On the far right of the house we have both bedrooms.

The second immage shows the 3D view of the house. you are looking at the fron and right side with doors and windows. I have not put the roof or craws space into the house yet.

The last immage shows the rear and the 3D view of the house. you see a fire place in the family room, a sliding glass door in the kitchen and windows.

This is an Ampatheiter. what i have done is cut some of the bottom floor out so that it caves in. there are windows on the front and back of the building. this is 2 storys.
